Age: Below 26 years of age and must be able to bring 8th grade certificate and Kebele Identity Card up on application.

Position 3 – Organization Design & Change Management Officer II
Qualification: BA in Human Resource Management or Management
Work Experience: 2 years as Organization Design & Change Management Officer I or equivalent or 4 years relevant experience in the Banking industry OR 2 years as Organization Design & Change Management Officer II or equivalent or 5 years relevant experience

Position 4 – Branch Manager, Grade D
Qualification:BA in Management or Accounting
Work Experience: 2 years as Assistant Manager, Grade A Branch or equivalent or 8 years relevant experience in the Banking industry
