performance parameters. He/she motivates and coaches the customer service officers responsible for the delivery of high quality service. He/she identifies and recruits potential customers and provides professional advice.

Education level and work experience: BA in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance or Marketing or Banking & Finance or Business
Administration or other business related field of study with three years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which one year in supervisory position.

Position 2 – Service Customer

Job Summary

The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible to countersigns on fickets/vouchers and authorizes transactions, to follow up all cheque clearance activities, and accounts of suspense nature, to ensure. and follow up reconciliation of accounts:

Education level and work experience: BA degree in Economics/ Accounting/ Management/Business Administration/ Finance and Accounting or business related field of study with a minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations.

Position 3  – Supervisor Branch-C

Job Summary

The Cashier is responsible to keep dual control of vault

key: overviews and checks all cash processes are

properly executed and ensures compliance with all internal controls standards and limits; arranges cash shipment to and from issue account unit/division:

prepares and signs the daily cash book: verifies cosh in CROS’ boxes:

Education level and work experience: BA Degree in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance
or Marketing or Banking& Finaonce. Business Administration and any business reloted field of study with two yeors’ work experience in cash management.

Position 4 – Cashier Research and Product

Job Summary

He/she is responsible to critically evaluate information gothered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details. abstracting up from low-level information into details, abstracting up from low-level information into general,

understanding. He/she processes/compiles data, provides analysis, and reports on market demand & supply trends for key product lines of the banking sector, tracks and analyses banking economic trends and makes recommendation to senior management.He/she is responsible to build and maintain databases on key indicators of the internal operation and external financial, environment.

Education level and work experience: BA Degree in Marketing or Communication or Journalism or other related field of study with a minimum of 3 years related work experience.

Position 5 – Development Officer Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

The Admin Assistant responsible for expenencing basic knowledge in secretarial duties (Organizing records.typing skills, Computer basic knowledge & skills. Customer handling & communication skill): registers and files letters minutes, circulars, memoranda and other materials Screens visitors schedules appointments and arranges telephone contacts to and from supervisor.

Education level and work experience: BA/Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management/Administrative Service Management with 2/4 years relevant work experience.
