Position 2 – Junior Procurement Officer
Ensures that all purchase requests are duly authorized and purchase orders are issued. Collects Pro-forma invoices from suppliers in accordance with the procurement procedure of the bank and submits them to supervisor and purchase committee for decision. Prepares summary for collected Pro-forma before they are opened. Prepares purchase orders for approved and authorized purchases. Keeps track of those items which could not be readily available in the market and advises supervisor to maintain adequate stock in the store.

Positon 3 – Junior Auditor
The Junior Auditor is responsible to perform audit at a bank branch, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting auditaees’ processes and procedures. He/she conducts interviews, surveys, reviews documents, and prepares working papers, identifies, develops, and documents audit issues and recommendations for improvement using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed, compiles and prepares reports of audit findings;
