POSITION : CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICERS (CSO) – II
The CSO attends to customer inquiries, handless payments, and collections works on deposit mobilization, and searches for potential customers,
checks, signs, and countersigns on tickets, ensure that correct receipts and advice are issued to customers for all transactions, balances daily cash positions.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Educational Level and Work Experience: Minimum BA degree in Accounting or Business Management or Management or Banking and
Finance or Economics and/or related Departments. - Graduate year: Only Graduates of 2021and 2022.
- CGPA:2.75and above for females and3.0and above for Male
- Age: below 30 years
- Writing and speaking Somali and Afan Oromo language is desirable
Place of Work: Branches under Dire Dawa District areas include: Somali regional State of Ethiopia Western and Eastern hararge, Dire Dawa City
