Position 1 – Customer Services Officer -I For Burayu and Addis Ababa

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.
Experience:1 (One) Year relevant experience in a Bank

Competencies Required

Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.
Ability to respond to basic client enquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel. Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system

Position 2 – Customer Services Officer -II For Burayu and Addis Ababa

Experience:  2 (Two) years of relevant experience in a Bank.

Position 3 – Senior Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Officer

Qualification: B.A Degree in Human Resources Management/ Management/ Business Management or related fields of study.
Experience: 5 (Five) years of relevant post-qualification experience preferably in a Bank

Competencies:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
3. Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding best practices.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
5. Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Proficiency in HRMS and recruitment software.
8. Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
9. Experience in managing recruitment and onboarding programs.
