Position 1 – Senior Customer Service Officer (Cash)

Qualifications: BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields.
Experience: 3 years of experience in banking operations as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position.
Place of Work: Asketema, Shinfa, Logia, Hara, Quara, Azena, Muja

Essential Functionality:

Engage and perform customer recruitment and account opening activities
Initiates cash transfer from/to cash,
Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Casher,
Collects/pays cash and debit/credit the respective accounts,
Checks and balance physical cash with the Cashier,
Retrieve customer signatures, and pictures and verify customers and,
Perform other duties as required.

Position 2 – Customer Service Executive – II

Qualifications: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and related fields.
Experience: 1 year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position.

Essential Functionality:

Position 3 – General Technician

Qualification: Diploma (Level IV) in Computer & electrical electronics, Office equipment & maintenance, Electric & electronics equipment Service Management (EESM)
Experience: 0 years of experience, but experience in the area will make it advantageous.

Essential Functionality:

Respond to maintenance requests for the note-counting machine, printer, scanner, photocopier, and other office equipment.
Perform functionality checks on HVAC, electrical systems, and safety systems and respond to their complex issues to meet health and safety standards.
Monitoring, servicing, troubleshooting equipment flaws, updating and improving, repairing or replacing faulty equipment.
performing other related duties as deemed necessary.

Position 4 – Messenger & Cleaner – I

Qualifications: 10th/12th Grade Complete
Experience: Two/2 years of relevant experience
Age: Between 18-35
Place of Work: Tach Gaint, woldia, Azena, Muja, Genda Wuha

Position 5 – Security Guard – I

Qualifications: 10th/12th Grade Complete
Experience: two/2 years of relevant experience in Military/Police service
Age: Between 25-50
Place of Work: Guhala, Quara, Jawi, Dansha, Shinfa, Genda Wuha

Position 6 – Branch Manager Grade – I

Qualifications: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.

Experience: 7 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager.

Essential Functionality:

Plan and lead the enhancement of the resource mobilization activity of the branch by organizing and effectively coordinating the branch workforce;
Aggressively engage in marketing and promotional activities by communicating with customers about the products and services available in the bank;
Ensure the expansion and growth of the customer base and create strategies to grow business opportunities and improve the profitability of the branch;
Oversee, coordinate, derive, and monitor all operations of the branch;
Review and approve daily transactions according to established procedures:
Check whether the branch’s books of accounts are in balance; review income and expenses
summary accounts of the branch and apply strict follow-up on controllable expenses;
Ensure that transactions are authorized immediately and end-of-business cycle processes are done on a timely basis;
Perform other tasks as required.
