- Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years for CSO I or 4 years CSO II in Microfinance Institutions

- Qualification: BA/B.Sc in any business field, and Takes MFI trainings like credit and default management, IFRS, risk management, savings mobilizations,
- Work Experience: 2 years on similar position or 4 years as senior Customer service office/operations officer Experience in MFI.
- Location: Addis Ababa Kolfe Branch

Position 3 – Manager, Marketing, Bussiness Development & Planning Development
- Qualification: M.Sc/MA/B.Sc/BA in Marketing or other any Business Fields
- Work Experience:Minimum of 2 /4 year’s experiences out of which 1/2 years on managerial position and preferable in Microfinance Institutions
- Location: Head Office
