- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.
- Experience: Working experience of Four (4) years as a Customer Service Officer & Cash Operations. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Position 2 – Customer Service Officer
Category: Branch Operation

- Duty station: Branches in Addis Ababa
- Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.
- Experience: Working experience of One (1) year as a Customer Service Officer. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Position 3 – Branch Manage
- Req. No: 4
- Duty station: Branches in Addis Ababa, Awash 7 Kilo and Worabe
- Qualification: Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields
- Experience: Banking operation experience of Four (4) years for Masters and six (6) years for Bachelor Degree holders; of which MBA/MA two (2) years and BA (3) years of experience in supervisory positions is required.
