Position 1 – Jr. Software Developer

Job Description:

Working with an agile team to develop, customize, integrate, test and maintain web, mobile and desktop based business applications built on various technology frameworks
Support and maintain office process automation software like HR, Finance, Collaboration
Participate in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements, development of user stories and estimates
Preparing reports, manual and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software
Design, develop and unit test applications in accordance with established standards

Qualification: BSC degree in Computer Science, IT and any related fields
Experience: 1-2 years experience in Software development
Exposure to full stack development using React and Express (Node)
Familiarity working with relational databases
Familiarity with automated code deployment using GitLab
Knowledge of agile development methodologies
Knowledge of unit testing theory
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Position 2 – TechFin Lead

Job Description:

– Provide leadership to teammates through coaching mentorship.
Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business priorities and requirements
Develop high level software specication with attention to feasibility
Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery
Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
Drive the deal pipeline for TechFin, managing the different categories.
Track the pipeline, overcoming obstacles to ensure we hit financial and sales targets
Lead the market TechFin sales teams to recommend, develop, and implement new and creative approaches to grow the Fintech business.
Report and interact with business development team to indicate the status of TechFin’s deal progres

Qualification: BA degree in MIS, Business, Accounting and Finance or other related fields.
Experience:3+ years commercial banking experience

Additional Skills

Experience leading and supporting sales teams to win new business, especially in innovative industries with demonstrated experience in transformation of commercial and client engagement processes
Extensive experience in the payments / fintech / banking or related technology industry with experience of operating in a matrix, multi-national, and entrepreneurial environment
Thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank’s commercial products and services
A working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures which impact commercial services
Demonstrated experience with sales/bank operations and building, leading managing and coaching a team.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good sales and negotiation skills
Good exposure to project management
Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments

Position 3 – Chief Finance Officer

Job Description:

Developing financial plans to help the company achieve long-terand short-term financial goals.
Analyzing financial data received from the company to develop strategies for meeting the company financial goals.
Assessing how certain life change and financial status changes affect client financial plans and adjusting such plans accordingly.
Advice the company to determine the expenses, income, insurance coverage, financial objectives, tax status, risk tolerance or other information needed to develop a financial plan.
Preparing or interpreting financial document summaries investment performance report, and income projections.
Monitoring financial markets and economic conditions.
Research suitable investment opportunities for the company.
Conduct financial compliance audit in every quarter.
Appear before tax authority customs commission and tax appeal commission to clarify financial and tax aspects of any complain.
Establish healthy relationship with clients to facilitate fast collection of payables.
Maintain stable cash flow at all time.
Prepare the company to be listed on stock market.

Qualification: BA in Finance, Business Management, Economics or related field
Experience: 5 years experience
MBA is a plus
Certified with International Financial Report Standard (IFRS)
Should be a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
Proven experience in Financial Consulting.
Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities
Proficiency in all microsoft office applications.
The ability to analyze financial data.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
