Job Position 1 – Head of Training Department
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:PhD/MA/MBA/ in Law, political Science, Business Administration, Statistics Communications, International Relations and related fields.
Experiences:
For PhD holders: at least 8 years of relevant experience of which 4 years on leadership position.
For M.Sc. /MA/MBA holders: at least 10 years of relevant experience of which 4 years on leadership position.
Job Position 2 – Asset Management Expert
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MA/MBA/BA Degree in Accounting, Procurement and Supplies Management, Business Administration or any related field.
Experiences:
For MA/MBA holders: at least 5 years of relevant experience.
For BA holders: at least 7 years of relevant experience.
Job Position 3 – Information Desk Assistant/ Receptionist
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA/Diploma Secretary Science, ICT, HRM, Communications or any related field.
Experiences:
For BA holders: at least 1-year relevant experience.
For Diploma holders: at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Job Position 4 – ICT Application Expert
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: M.Sc. /B.Sc. Computer Science, ICT, and related fields.
Experiences:
For M.Sc. holders: at least 5 years of relevant experience.
For BSc. holders: at least 7 years of relevant experience.
Additonal Qualification
Backend:
Java EE & frameworks ( Jboss, Hibernate/spring, Oracle SQL, WildFly)
Frontend:
Javascript & frameworks (vue.js, vuetify, node.js, npm, cli.)
System level tools:
Linux/Windows environments, command line tools, IDEs)
Job Position 5 – Procurement Expert
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MA/MBA/BA in purchasing and supply management; logistics and supply chain management, Business administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Experiences:
For MA/MBA holders: at least 5 years of relevant experience.
For BA holders: at least 7 years of relevant experience.
Job Position 6 – Senior Procurement Expert
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MA/MBA/BA in purchasing and supply management; logistics and supply chain management, Business administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Experiences:
For MA/MBA holders: at least 6 years of relevant experience of which 2 years in leadership/management/Coordination.
For BA holders: at least 8 years of relevant experience of which 2 years in leadership/management/Coordination.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:MA/BA Degree in Business Administration, political Science, Development Studies, law or any related field.

Job Position 8 – Senior Communication Expert

Education:MA/M.Sc./BA/BSC Communications, Journalism, Language Studies, International Relations, Media Studies and related fields.

For MA/M.Sc. holders: at least 6 years of relevant experience of which 2 years in leadership/Coordination.
For BA holders: at least 8 years of relevant experience of which 2 years in leadership/Coordination.
Job Position 9 – Regional Field Operations Desk Coordinator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:MA/BA in Business Management, Public Administration Communication and related fields

Job Position 12 – Graphic Designer/Expert
Required number: One
Reports to: Head of Communications Department
Duty station: NEBE Head Quarter, Addis Ababa
Expected Start Date: Immediately after concluding the contract
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MA/M.Sc./BA Fine Art, Computer Science, Information Technology, Architecture, Communication, and related fields.
Experiences:
For MA/M.Sc. holders: at least 5 years of relevant experience.
For BA holders: at least 7 years of relevant experience.
Job Position 13 – Technical Advisor to CEO & DCEO
Required Qualification and Experience
Edufication:PhD/LLM/MA/MBA/ in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration and related fields.
Experiences:For PhD holders: at least 7 years of relevant experience of which 4 years on leadership position.
For LLM/MA/MBA holders: at least 9 years of relevant experience of which 4 years on leadership position
