Position– Office Assistant (Paid intern)

Responsibilities
- Assist office management in ways that optimize procedures
- Assist with communication to sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Handling documentation and reporting meeting minutes
- Assisting project management and supervision in performing general office clerk duties
- Actively participating in the management and assisting the operation
- Assist vent organization and clients handling
- Maintaining filing system
- Handling a high dynamic working environment
Required skill
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Amharic and English)
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook, online meetings,)
- Ability to work with a team
- Proactive and energetic
- Sound time management and organizational skill
- Technological skill
