Qualification: Minimum BA degree in Project Management, Economics, Social Science, Developmental Studies, Humanitarian Studies and related subjects from a recognized higher educational institution
Only Graduates of 2013 or 2014 E.C
Experience: Only zero years of work experience required
Job Description
The Interns will assist the emergency program manager to coordinate numerous programs across all project implementation locations. The Intern will support to handle difficult onsite situations as they arise. The Intern will work effectively as a member of a team, be able to provide direction and leadership, delegate, and possess strong organizational skills.
As a Program Manager intern, the Intern will collaborate and partner with the emergency team to define and solve problems that impact beneficiaries, project activities, as well as identify predictors and causes of project-related problems to implement different approaches related to anticipating and prediction. The Intern will identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written project recommendations.
Duties of Human Resource intern:
Develop and Lead team schedules and tasks
Deliver project-related communications and status updates
Lead partners and stakeholders’ relationships
Identify and handle risks, assumptions, dependencies
Drive and communicate process improvements and process changes
Be an active and engaged member of the team that is working on delivering features to our partners, stakeholders and beneficiaries
Keeping information about the team’s progress up-to-date, accurate, appropriately detailed, and visible to all parties
Communicate effectively across diverse audiences within and outside the team
Assist the emergency program manager in the day to day activities
Any other tasks given by the program manager
