Position – Junior Card Operations Officer
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, MIS or any other related field.
Experience: This is an entry level position; no experience is required.
Description of Duties
Implement the operations policy and procedures.
Perform the provision of card & PIN validation, personalization and delivery to meet the customer expectation as per defined SLA.
Manage dispatch sheets are returned after signature by authorized staffs of a customer.
Follow the proper function of the card personalization & PIN printing machine and the card personalization solution for timely delivery of cards & PINs.
Handle card related inquiries from customers.
Conduct card & PIN reconciliation.
Conduct first hand preventive maintenance of card and PIN personalization machines regularly.
Maintain records of all personalized, damaged, chip error cards & PIN Mailers.
Assist in conducting periodic operation performance metrics.
Assist in the follow-up of the maintenance, upgrade and migration of systems and machines.
Assist in the work with the relevant work units in the research and development of new products, services and technologies.
Assist in the preparation of budget for the department
Learn in building knowledge base from lessons learned.
Attend incidents, interruptions and malfunctions at any moment.
Prepare periodic reports.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor.
