Position 1 – Corporate Account Manager(Gambela)

  • Marketing, Sales, Business administration or Economics Degree, or relevant degree with over 4 years’ experience in sales, marketing, customer/account management.
  • Post graduate certification in Sales & Marketing, business administration will be an added advantage.
  • Exposure in Service and/or Customer management for major corporate clients, commercially savvy with a detailed understanding of the technologies the company is selling and issues that typically arise
  • Industry certifications would be an added advantage (ITIL Foundation, MCP/MCSE, CCNA etc.)
  • Understanding of English and local language both written and spoken.
  • Literacy in basic computer applications such as MS word, excel, outlook, etc.
  • Ability to cope with pressure from customers while delivering quality service.
  • Ability to accurately perform cash transactions.
  • Knowledge of Telecommunication products and services.
  • Good listening and critical problem-solving skills.
  • Well-developed presentation skills with attention to detail

Position 5 – Senior Specialist ML Engineer (Big Data)

  • BS or MS degree in Computer or Actuarial Science (or related fields like Data Science or Quantitative field).
  • 3+ years of software design, development, implementation & deployment experience with backend data services.
  • Knowledge of R, SQL, and Python; familiarity with Scala, Java or C++ is a mandatory.
  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning & Modelling, Artificial Intelligence & Advanced Data Analytics.
  • Experience in data mining
  • Understanding of machine-learning and operations research
  • Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g., Superset, Tableau, Power BI) and data frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, S3 buckets)

Position 6 – Manager, Cloud Infrastructure and Applications

  • BSc Degree in Computer science, Computer Technology or engineering;
  • 5+ years’ experience in infrastructure support and/or planning in an environment with mixed VMware, Redhat virtualization.
  • 5 year experience in Virtualization and Cloud platforms
  • Experience in Openstack and contarization platiforms.
  • Experience with Container/PaaS orchestration/management platforms such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, CloudFoundry and Tanzu.
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise Linux and windows Operating Systems.
  • Extensive experience on Cloud and Infrastructure Operations Activities.
  • Extensive experience on Cloud Applications operations and Managements.
  • Experience in backup Strategies and BCP policies.
  • Good Knowledge on Vendor Management and SLA enforcement
  • Experience with Configuration Management and Automation tools eg Chef, Ansible or/and Terraforms.
  • Good understanding of build tools, CI/CD, DevOps and Agile principles
  • Cloud knowledge and integration models.
  • Strong oral, written, interpersonal communication and leadership skills
