Position 1 – Software Developer Engineer in Test (SDET)
Qualification,Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree preferably in IT related Field
2 years + experience in software development or Testing Automation in a busy IT environment,
Strong understanding of the software Testing Life cycle (STLC),
Excellent software development skills coupled with programming experience in Java, Python, JavaScript etc
Experience of Test-driven Development approaches such as ATDD and BDD
Experience in use of test management tools (Micro-Focus ALM/Octane is desirable)
Experience in Unix/Linux Operating System
Experience in test design techniques (black box and white box)
Strong risk identification and mitigation planning skills
Solid understanding of enterprise APIs, Mobile and Web application architectures
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
Experience with at least one test automation tool such as Selenium, Appium, Robot Framework, Pytest, TestNG
Experience in containerization & container orchestration technologies technologies
Performance testing using JMETER/HP LoadRunner/locust.io is a huge plus
ISTQB Certification is a plus

Position 2 – Civil Works Expert – Network Rollout Engineer
Qualification,Experience & Skills
BSc degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized University.
Be a registered Engineer in Ethiopia by the Construction Professionals, Companies and Machineries, Competence and Registration Bureau – Construction field (Candidates who are in the process of registration are eligible for this position).
Excellent analytical skills and attention to details, Communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent problem-solving skills.
At least 2 years’ experience in the construction industry or civil engineering consulting field.
Knowledge in AutoCAD software.
Basic knowledge in Structural analysis software: Any of these: STAAD, Prokon, ETABS
Basic knowledge in Steel towers design standards, parameters, environmental considerations for various tower types.
Knowledge and skills in office applications: Word, Excel, Power point.
Certification in project management skills will be an added advantage but not mandatory.

Position 3 – Senior Technical Officer – Regional Site Supervisor
Qualification,Experience & Skills
BSc degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized University.
Be a registered Engineer in Ethiopia by the Construction Professionals, Companies and Machineries, Competence and Registration Bureau – Construction or Design.
At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry or civil engineering consulting field, 1 Year of which must be within telecom infrastructure Projects.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to details, communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge in Structural analysis software: Any of these: STAAD, Prokon, ETABS

Position 4 – Financial Solutions Technology Specialist
Qualification,Experience & Skills
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field as a minimum
At least 2-year experience in coding in a non-university setting.
At least 1 year experience of API management experience e.g., Apigee, MuleSoft etc.
Strong understanding of both JSON, SOAP and development on swagger UI using open API’s
Experience in securing APIs using Oauth, SAML etc.
Strong knowledge in API modelling languages and annotations e.g., in Swagger
Experience in java, java EE, spring, spring MVC, spring cloud, python, Bash
Experience working with relational and non-relational databases i.e., Oracle, MySQL, mongo DB, Cassandra
Hands-on experience in designing and developing API’s using REST and SOAP
Experience developing solutions using agile, DevOPs, testing and CI/CD automation tools e.g., Jenkins, SonarQube, Git lab
Experience in CMS is an added advantage e.g., Drupal
Strong understanding of end-to-end API and microservices architecture
Experience in automation tools e.g., Rundeck, ansible etc.

Position 5 – Specialist: Energy Optimization Engineer
Qualification,Experience & Skills
BSc Degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering) or related from a recognized University.
Registration with relevant government professional body in charge engineering is desired.
Over 3 years of work experience in electrical of which 1 years must have been in a telecommunications /mission critical (large banks, hospitals etc) environment.
Maintenance and operations experience in a telecommunications or mission critical datacenters or sites environment is an added advantage
Experience in data analytics is a plus.
Strong management and organizational skills
Project management skills. Certification will be considered an added advantage
Basic working knowledge and competence in MS Office; MS Project, Word, Power Point, Excel and basic AutoCAD
Strong negotiation and influencing skills at multiple organizational levels

Position 6 – Specialist: Mechanical Engineer
Qualification,Experience & Skills
BSc Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Mechatronics) from a recognized University.
Registration with relevant government professional body in charge engineering is desired.
Post Graduate training in Energy or Professional certification in Energy such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) or Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP) is added advantage.
Over 5 years of work experience in renewable energy and/or energy efficiency including designs and operations of which 3 years must have been in a telecommunications environment.
Mechanical Engineering services design experience in a telecommunications or mission critical IT data centre environment
Experience in greenhouse gas inventories/reporting is a plus.
Strong management and organizational skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment and consistently meets deadlines.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills at multiple organizational levels.
MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD proficiency is required.
Knowledge of relevant legislation governing energy efficiency and carbon emissions/environment;

Position 7 – Specialist: Sustainability Lead Specialist
Qualification,Experience & Skills
BSc Degree in Electrical or Power Engineering/Environmental Science/Energy/Physics from a recognized University.
At least 3 years of work relevant to the role of which 1 year must have been in a climate change/energy reporting/carbon emission reporting environment.
Experience in data analytics and presentation of reports will be a plus.
Strong management and organizational skills.
Project management skills. Certification will be considered an added advantage.
