Job Requirements

• BSc Degree in Computer science, Computer Technology or engineering;
• 5+ years’ experience in infrastructure support and/or planning in an environment with mixed VMware, Redhat virtualization.
• 5 year experience in Virtualization and Cloud platforms
• Experience in Openstack and contarization platiforms.
• Experience with Container/PaaS orchestration/management platforms such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, CloudFoundry and Tanzu.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise Linux and windows Operating Systems.
• Extensive experience on Cloud and Infrastructure Operations Activities.
• Extensive experience on Cloud Applications operations and Managements.
• Experience in backup Strategies and BCP policies.
• Good Knowledge on Vendor Management and SLA enforcement
• Experience with Configuration Management and Automation tools eg Chef, Ansible or/and Terraforms.

Position 2 – Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) Analyst

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science/IT Security/Information Technology
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Cyber Security role
Knowledge of common SIEM solutions, the purpose of them and an understanding of how they work
Knowledge of common network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, etc.
Experience with Microsoft Windows and *NIX operating systems is required.
Knowledge and/or experience with common security tools such as anti-virus, Intrusion Prevention Systems and Firewalls is an added advantage
Knowledge and/or experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) – Oracle, MS SQL, My SQL, Pervasive SQL is an added advantage

Position 3 – Database Administrator

Job Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science or Technical Related Field.
With at least 3 years’ hands on Experience in managing large databases;
3+ Years Oracle, MySQL and MSSQL database administration required.
Experience in Oracle RAC, Dataguard, RMAN and Engineered systems.
Experience in Linux/Unix and Windows Server Operating system.
Database Systems Administration Techniques – understanding of DB Performance tuning on various Operating Systems, good troubleshooting skills, Database Migration and ILM techniques
Attention to details and analytical thinking.
Ability to organize and plan work independently
Strong written and oral capability.

Position 4 – System Administrator – End User Support

Job Requirements

BSc Degree in Computer science, Computer Technology, Information Technology or engineering.
2-4 years’ experience as a support analyst in a User Support environment for end user devices and networking components.
Microsoft Certification: MCSE, MCSA, CISCO Certification: CCNA.
Experience in Microsoft SCCM and related software Deployment tools.
2-year experience in Supplier/Vendor Management, IT Support Services sourcing and contract cost monitoring & Agreements Maintenance.
Extensive knowledge of enterprise windows, Linux and Android Operating Systems.
Good Knowledge on Vendor Management and SLA enforcement.
Strong oral, written, interpersonal communication and leadership skills
Some support experience in supporting applications/troubleshooting.
Worked with APIs and troubleshooting APIs.
WAN/LAN Interconnect experience.
Managing, Configuring and Troubleshooting switches, routers and wireless access points.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication Engineering, IT Computer Science or a closely related numerate discipline
Above 3 years’ experience in a busy IT or Telecommunications environment –Involved in Strategy Modeling, Planning, Design, Implementation, Optimization and Support of Datacenter and Campus Networks environment
In-depth understanding of Arista Datacenter Networks environments is an added advantage
Router, Switches and NG firewall configuration and troubleshooting skills (Cisco, FortiGate, Checkpoint and Huawei)
Load balancer configuration and troubleshooting skills (F5, Radware and Citrix)
Mastery of IPsec Configuration and Troubleshooting Skills
Network design and implementation experience, including working knowledge of IP addressing, TCP/IP Protocols, LAN and WAN configurations
Knowledge in Telephony systems for Voice and Video Communications.

Job Requirements

• The individual for this role will need to be passionate about sustainable development in an African context, and ideally hold relevant qualifications and/or certifications (Masters-level qualifications from reputable institutions preferred).
• 5 years of ESG/Sustainability/Human Rights experience in Africa, preferably in Ethiopia.
• Experience developing and implementing sustainability programmes in the telecommunications sector.
