Position 1 – Technical Lead, Retail and Distribution Systems
Qualification:BSc Degree in Computer science, Computer Technology, Information Technology or engineering.
Experience: 2-4 years’ experience as a support analyst in a User Support environment for end user devices and networking components.
Over 5 years’ experience as a technical lead
Microsoft Certification: MCSE, MCSA, CISCO Certification: CCNA.
Experience in Microsoft SCCM and related software Deployment tools.
2-year experience in Supplier/Vendor Management, IT Support Services sourcing and contract cost monitoring & Agreements Maintenance.
Extensive knowledge of enterprise windows, Linux and Android Operating Systems.
Good Knowledge on Vendor Management and SLA enforcement.
Strong oral, written, interpersonal communication and leadership skills
Good experience in supporting applications/troubleshooting.
Worked with APIs and troubleshooting APIs.
WAN/LAN Interconnect experience.
Managing, Configuring and Troubleshooting switches, routers and wireless access points.
Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses.
Knowledge of basic network architecture concepts (zones/DMZ, VLANs, segmentation, subnetting).
Basic understanding of dynamic routing protocols a plus.
Good working knowledge of basic firewall configuration concepts (ACL, NAT/PAT, routing statements, ports, protocols, VPNs) is desirable.

Position 2- IT Platform Engineer: Enterprise Business Unit (EBU) BSS/OSS
Qualificatiion: Degree in Telecommunication Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Computer Science/IT.
Experience: 5- 8 years’ experience a busy telecommunication/ IT environment or Software Engineering with good knowledge in Fixed Line and Mobile services
Proficiency in networking protocols – TCP/IP, professional certification e.g. CCNA/CCNP or equivalent is preferred.
Working knowledge in Unix systems and Databases – Oracle, MySQL.
Expertise in various analytics tools such and Python, Standard Query languages, Procedural Programming languages, Linux/Unix, scripting,
Deep understanding of 3GPP protocols and interfaces
Domain experience in GSM and IT is a must
At least 5 years’ experience across the SDLC (essential)
2-3 years hands on experience working on any of the following fixed line technologies like Business wholesale (POP, Pricing …etc), Cloud and Hosting, IOT, L2 and L3 technologies (e.g. MPLS), Fixed access technologies (e.g. Fibre , DSL, Microwave, Satellite), Device Management, Fixed Voice (VoIP), Unified Communications, Digital, Mobile technologies ( NB-IOT , APN, LTE, ), CRM (EBU Siebel, Online channels ,etc), Broadband
