Position 1 – VAS Platform Developer
Qualification : BSc. Degree or equivalent in one of the following: Telecommunication Engineering/Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/Computer Science/IT.
Experience: 3+ years experience in IT/telecommunication environment or Software Engineering
Good knowledge in VAS solutions including Messaging, Voice & Service Delivery Platforms
Experience on development in Java
Experience with REST API and microservices development
Strong understanding of virtualization and container infrastructure technology
Knowledge of Distributed Systems, analytics tools such and Python, Standard Query languages, Procedural Programming languages, Linux/Unix, Shell scripting
Knowledge in TCP/IP, IP Traffic Engineering, SS7 signaling, GSM MAP and SMPP Protocols
Working knowledge in Unix systems and Databases – Oracle, MySQL.
Deep understanding of 3GPP protocols and interfaces
Position 2 – Quality and Acceptance Expert
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering
Experience: At least more than three years of related experience.
Advanced Degrees is an advantage.
Six Sigma Certification is an advantage.
PMP Certification is an advantage.
Proven work experience with operators, vendors, and subcontractors is an advantage
Excellent MS Office skills
Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Position 3 – Specialist, Finance Operations(Finops)
Accounting or Financial Experience or in a similar position
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, especially Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint
At least more than three years of working knowledge of accounting principles especially IAS17 & IFRS16.
Financial systems (SAP, Oracle etc.)
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Adherence to policies and procedures
Position 4 – EHOD Partner Manager
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in a Business-related field
A master’s degree in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
Intermediate knowledge of business finance principles is essential.
5 years hands on experience in a FMCG or service sector of which 2 years must have been in a sales Related position, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods company or Mobile telephone Company.
Position 5: M-PESA Training and Customer Education Specialist
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
· Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business management, business administration, communication, journalism, writing, video production or related field.
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in digitized training content development, training and learning programs formulation, execution and management.
· Proven desktop publishing skills and use of relevant software.
· Proven animation and gamification videos production and editing skills.
· Sound working experience with Mobile Money/Mobile Banking products and services.
