Position 1  – Segment Lead

  • Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in Business or Commerce from a recognized University
  • Must have prior and demonstrable experience working in the following regions: Dire Dawa, Jijiga and Harar
  • Experience – 5 years working experience in Telecom or FMCG with exposure to Segment Marketing
  • High level Commercial knowledge.
  • High level knowledge of MS Office applications.

Position 2 – CX Specialist

  • Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in a Business/ Social Science discipline from a recognized university
  • Experience – 4+ years’ experience working in a Call Centre environment within a service-oriented organization. Work in telecommunication, Banking or airline sector will be an added advantage, at least one-year experience in a process and/or product enablement function
  • Excellent knowledge of telecommunications technology and products
  • Knowledge of Call center technologies and operations desirable
  • Understands CX best practices
  • Has knowledge and/or experience of customer feedback surveys e.g. NPS, CSAT, CES
  • Self-motivated, requiring little supervision and able to meet strict deadlines
  • Process and ISO Certification would be an added advantage

Position 3 – Analyst – Quality Assurance

  • Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in a Business/ Social Science discipline from a recognized university
  • Experience – 4+ years’ experience working in a Call Centre environment within a service-oriented organization. Work in telecommunication, Banking or airline sector will be an added advantage; at least one-year experience in Quality Management or audit environment
  • Excellent knowledge of telecommunications technology and products
  • Knowledge of Call center technologies and operations desirable
  • Has knowledge and understanding of key deliverables in the quality assurance process i.e. Quality evaluation, Creation of assessment forms, Appeals, Calibration etc.
  • Has first-hand knowledge and/or experience of customer feedback surveys e.g. NPS, CSAT, CES
  • Knowledge and experience in quality management system (QMS) needed
  • Quality Assurance training/Certification would be an added advantage

Position 4 – Retail Stock Controller-Dire Dawa

  • Qualification – Degree in Business field preferably accounting or supply and logistics options
  • Experience –Must have worked in a busy Retail environment for at least 2 years.
  • At least 2 years experience in logistics, procurement or stocks management in an accounting environment
  • CIPS or CPA1 is an added advantage

Position 5 – Retail Experience Executive-Dire Dawa

  • Degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in frontline customer facing service environment.

  • Ability to cope with pressure from customers while delivering quality service.
  • Ability to accurately perform cash transactions.
  • Knowledge of Telecommunication products and services.
