Job Position 1 – Human Resources & Safeguarding Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA degree in Human Resource, Business Administration and/or Management, Computer Science and related fields.
Experience in HR preferably in NGO Sector
Tactful, ability to accept criticism, tolerant, assertive, ability to modify style in order to reach goals and to maintain effectiveness within changing environments and with varying responsibilities
Ability to create and maintain a level of effective output; capacity to work hard within exacting timeframes and quality standards with minimal supervision
Sound decision making skills; understands the impact of decisions on others; decisive and incisive decision maker
Demonstrates strong work ethics; organizational values and commitment
Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and networking skills
Ability to work independently to a high professional standard
Ability to lead, motivate and develop a large team.

Knowing the Local Language ( Afar Aff) is Mandatory.
Understand the local community Culture, belief and context.
Familiar with Save the children HR system based functions.

Job Position 2 – Warehouse Coordinator
Required Qualification and Experience
BA/BSc degree in Business management with Five years related experience
Good written and spoken English knowledge and Afaan Oromo
A good team player
Commitment to and understanding of save the Children’s aims, values and principles
A commitment to children’s rights and principles of equal opportunity
A high level of computer literacy (word, excel, ppt etc.)
Work place: Bale Field Office
Job Position 3 – Store keeper
Required Qualification and Experience
Diploma in Supplies management with three years related experience
Good written and spoken English knowledge
A good team player
Commitment to and understanding of save the Children’s aims, values and principles
A commitment to children’s rights and principles of equal opportunity
A high level of computer literacy (word, excel, ppt etc)
Work place: Bale field Office
Job Position 4 – Program Operations Intern
Required Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science ( Economic, Project Management, Sociology, Accounting, Management etc)
Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Strong interest in developing a career in project management
Very good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
