Educational Qualification:
Relevant Legal Degree essential (LLB preferred)
Admitted attorney (an advantage)
3-5 years in a Legal or Regulatory environment with sound and balanced legal judgement and business awareness, with an understanding of the need to pragmatically assess risk
Extensive experience (3- 5yrs or more) in a regulated industry e.g. Telco, banking, management consulting or any other industry that deals with high risk personal data usage, within a multinational matrix organization
3 -5 years’ experience in dealing with privacy and data protection matters is highly recommended
