Position – USAID Development Program Specialist (Budget)
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Accounting, Management, or related degree in the field of development.
Experience: Seven (7) years of progressively responsible prior experience
Salary Range: $27,642 – $49,770 yearly i.e., equivalent to FSN – 12. In accordance with AIDAR Appendix J and the Local Compensation Plan of USAID/Ethiopia.
- program planning, budgeting, management, and analysis and interpretation of data and
- presentation of findings in written and oral forms, of which three (3) years within a large international organization.
- Language: Fluency in written and oral English (Level IV) and Amharic.
- Final compensation will be negotiated within the listed market value.
- Salary will be paid in local currency at the exchange rate in effect when the payroll is processed.
