Position 1 – Senior Accountant
Qualification: B.A Degree in Accounting and Finance.
Experience: 4 Years of relevant working experience preferably in Mobile Money, Microfinance, Telecom Business, Internet service Provider, FMCG
Major Function
Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile all accounts
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Oversee the accounting department to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and function.
Ensures timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial and management reporting
Coordinates audits and makes sure the proper filing of tax returns is handled in a timely manner.
Ensures all legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions is kept.
Analyze current and future business operations and plans to determine financial effectiveness.
Conducts physical inventories and monitors cycle count program.
Establish and maintain internal financial procedures compatible with the tax laws and regulations.
The company business operations budget preparations, revisions, monitoring and follow ups
Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including regular cash verification, cash advances reconciliations, monthly cashbooks closing and monthly submission of financial statements
Ensure a controlled and smooth cash flow managing process
Prepare for, manage and support internal and external financial audits

Position 2 – Senior Network Planning Engineer
Qualification: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Communication engineering, Telecommunication, IT or computer science
Experience: 4 or more years of experience working within telecommunications infrastructure design, specializing in FTTH, metro network and long-haul design.
Ability to use AutoCAD and other toolset to design networks and fiber routes.
Good working knowledge of fiber installation for ftth, metro networks and long-haul.
Responsiblities
Design, architecture, planning, and implementing fiber designs.
Makes site surveys to determine component selection, routing, and network architecture guidelines to produce detailed engineering designs.
Perform right of way and route assessments by mapping all surface features, utility pole information and collect subsurface utility data to determine an efficient installation.
Responsible for obtaining and documenting standards of the permit granting authorities, including municipal, regional district, provincial and federal agencies, railways, etc and verifying compliance to all permit requirements both in the engineering and construction of the project.
Prepare, manage, and maintain project documentation, maps, and CAD drawings. Create drawings and records of fiber and copper routes, splice locations, construction notes, bills of materials and project overviews.
Interpret underground and aerial telecom, EEU, EEP facilities, records on maps and field notes.
Take ownership of the data lifecycle for infrastructure projects; from design through construction, to as-built.
Review Planned Road Improvement Civil Design Drawings and identify/mitigate conflicts with existing aerial, buried and underground telecommunications facilities. Coordinate resolution associated with all utilities impacted by proposed road improvement designs and joint utility trenching
Attend customer meetings; perform site surveys and walk-outs as necessary to comply with customer requirements and project timeline.
Assess and incorporate municipal requirements, specification sheets, standards documents, joint-use agreements, utility maps, survey files, as-built documentation, site photos, etc., in the preparation of detailed engineering designs that are cost-effective and safe
